Applications:

1. Explosive Gas Sensor Testbench

Details: The air supply is controllered with explosive gas supply using control valves. Data acquisition system captures the data of test sensor along with Master sensors. The concentration of required gas is maintained inside the chamber and data is then captured using NI cDAQ and NI AI cards and stored in tdms files. Test can run overnights with expected gas concentation maintainance using PID settings and ready to share test reports are generated

2. Leak Testing System

Details: This system was deployed for testing air brakes/vales and pneumatic actuators. Pressure transduce’s data is acquired to confirm supply pressures and output delivery pressures of the device under test. For leak test ; data from differential pressure transducers is collected for defined duration. Electronic prsssure regulator is used to control the inlet pressure. Data acquisition is done at 1ms and complete test sequence is configurable for user. All the safety conditions are handled in realtime along with Pilz safety relays

3. Auto Sensor Bearing Testing

Details: Software is used to check the encoder functionality in smart bearing. Gauss meter is used to sense the magnetic encoder tape and is synchronized with angular measurement from precise encoder. Based on amplitudes of signal Dephase,duty cycle,phase shift and derived parameters are calculated

4. Vibration Measurement Systems

Details: Application software gathers the data @ high sampling rates; Converts it to frequency domain and post processing is carried out to get the data in L,M,H bands , FFT analysis, Hysterisis,Peak detection , peak count etc

5. Trajectory Monitoring DAQ

Details: Independent standalone dataloger works in mining industry at extreme temperatures to get the high speed digital signals. Data is logged continously in cRIO memory and is then transferred to host PC over wifi whenever connectivity is established. System Captures the data from 100 + sensors
