We have developed countless ATEs for E-mobility systems

PC-based intelligent control system, integral to the test bench, ensures proper sequencing of tests and recording of data for analysis and outputting various information in the form of tabulated and performance graphs. The automated test sequences can be performed by selecting appropriate set up Menu on the dedicated PC-based control system.

  • Application involves MCU communications over CAN/LIN protocols Or independent motor drives
  • Applied Voltage and motor current consumption is preciously measured.
    Input and output power is measured with 0.1% accuracy
  • Motors are tested under defined load profiles Load is applied either by load motor or by a dyno
  • Torque is measured using RTS @ 0.1% accuary. Motor speed measurement happens for range of 0-15000 RPM with +/- 10 RPM accuracy. Precision encoders are used for position and speed accuracy
  • User can predefine test profile with constant speed and constant torque mode
  • Regenerative mechanism is used to transfer generated energy back to the grid
  • Temperature profiles are continuously monitored and logged
  • Extensive performance analysis can be done in the form of customized reports
